Jerry Sandusky Conviction Upheld In Pennsylvania Court

(Harrisburg, PA)  --  Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is being denied a new trial.  Three Pennsylvania Superior Court judges handed down their opinion today.  Sandusky was sentenced to 30 to 60 years behind bars in 2012 for his conviction on dozens of charges related to the sexual abuse of kids associated with his charity.  His attorneys argued they weren't given enough time to prepare for the trial.
